原理：应该是用户数据目录“User Data”的权限设置出了问题，解决办法是重置该目录的权限。

一般此类问题只发生在NTFS分区，提示窗：

重置“User Data”目录权限的图示：

Windows XP默认安装目录在C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome目录下，右击“User Data”子目录选属性，然后按上图的顺序操作即可。
